CREDIT CARD EXPLANATION
A normal credit card is a group under VISA, MASTER, and ATM(E-POS, Debit Card or E-Debit card) which are having different bank charges rate.
Further EPP installment plan can also be defined in the credit card so the system can further category different payment methods that have different bank charges
CREDIT CARD DATA ENTRY INTERFACE
CREDIT CARD DATA FIELD DEFINITION

Description – The description of the Credit card, compulsory. Eg: Visa, Master, and ATM

Branch ID – compulsory field, which branch that has this credit card payment method

Code – same as the description

GL Code – GL Code in accounting system for integration purpose only

Terminal ID – data field for integration purpose only

Merchant ID – data field for integration purpose only

Bank charges – data field for bank charges in percentage (%). Useful for integration only.
PREPAID VOUCHER DEFINITION

There are two types of prepaid voucher – single item discount voucher OR accumulative value

Single item discount voucher allows the customer to have the discount on a single item only. There will be no extra discount given for that item. Single item discount cannot be stacked on a single item but can be applied on other.

Accumulative value can be points, membership point, actual deposit, product points and etc. Value is one of the payment methods.

Both prepaid voucher can be limit to redeem certain category of product, service, and packages. It also can be further customized to limit redemption
PREPAID VOUCHER DATA ENTRY INTERFACE
Voucher ID – the unique ID that identifies this prepaid voucher
Category – the category of prepaid voucher defined by the user
Description – The description of the product voucher, this description will appear in POS and also payment method later
Voucher Type – accumulative value or single item discount voucher as defined in the previous section
Redeemable Item – Not applicable, products, services or custom item. Users can restrict customer to redeem to certain item or services or even customized mix and match products and services
Expiry Date – used only by single item discount voucher. After the expiry date, the voucher cannot be utilized anymore
Edit details – for a Redeemable item when setting to custom, and applies to accumulative items only. Edit details allow customized mix and match items or services for accumulative value.
